Honoring Life Transitions

Life is full of transitions: Day into night, one year into the next, one stage of life into another. Many cultures mark transitions with ritual and celebration. As a whole, our culture itself has transitioned away from ritual and now only the celebration remains. However, ritual helps us through times of change, preparing us for the next phase in life. Rituals help us heal, and being together in a supportive community is essential in these times.

Come join us to experience a group ritual to honor and acknowledge life transitions such as coming of age, marriage or divorce, moving homes or jobs, retirement, etc.

During this experiential workshop, we will weave together a ritual that will help us all to process and transform our experiences of change.

About the Facilitators

This workshop is led by Lauren Sky and Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein, who are experienced in holding circles and creating sacred spaces for people to gather in community.

Lauren Sky is a radical life coach, energetic healer, and social worker. She is excited to bring her skills to the Holistic Health Community and make space for ritual connection in our community.

Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher and healer with over 30 years experience guiding others on their personal journey. She believes that the modern world needs more rituals.

This gathering is offered on a sliding scale of $20-$50, with 3 scholarship opportunities available to ensure access for those with limited financial means. Your contribution assists us in offering affordable holistic healthcare and wellness education to the community. If you’re able to give more, we welcome your generosity.
